We collect information about you when you take part in We Dundee.  We collect your email address and the first four digits of your postcode. 

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to verify your submission to We Dundee and, if you agree, to email you about other stages of the We Dundee project that we think you might be interested in. 

We will not share your information for marketing purposes with any organisation. 

Marketing

We will only contact you regarding other stages of the We Dundee project that we think might be of interest to you. 

You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you. 

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please let us know by emailing us or writing to us at the address below. 

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.  If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email us or write to us at the address below.

Visitors to our website 

Website usage information is collected using cookies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit.

People who make a complaint to us or make an enquiry

When we receive a complaint from a person we make up a file containing the details of the complaint. This normally contains the identity of the complainant and any other individuals involved in the complaint.

We will only use the personal information we collect to process the complaint and to check on the level of service we provide.

We may compile and publish statistics showing information like the number of complaints we receive, but not in a form which identifies anyone.

Similarly, where enquiries are submitted to us we will only use the information supplied to us to deal with the enquiry and any subsequent issues and to check on the level of service we provide.
